Does Amazon Ship to Venezuela?

Amazon does not ship directly to Venezuela on most products.

Making your purchases on Amazon and sending them to our facilities in Miami is very simple, once your packages arrive, our logistic network will take your packages to Venezuela. In this article, we explain step by step how to buy on Amazon and get your orders delivered in Venezuela quickly and safely:

1. Sign up for a free Mailbox Account clicking here and wait for your personalized code (might take up to 1 day for manual verification reasons).
2. Once we send you your code, log in to amazon.com or any other online store.
3. Add to the cart all the items you need, you can filter the products by department in this way you reduce your search and it will be easier to get what you need, some of the departments are:

What are Amazon’s delivery times?

Once you have made your purchase, you will be able to see the delivery time with your order ID (code assigned by Amazon) so you can track your order.

If you want to know the approximate arrival time of your purchase, please note that the delivery time will depend on the selected shipping speed:

• Standard Shipping: four to five business days.
• Two-Day Shipping: within two business days.
• One Day Shipping: one business day.

If you selected the Free shipping option your order will be delivered within five to eight business days after the products are ready to ship.

Do you know how our repacking service works?

With our repacking service, we can consolidate all the items (tracking) received in your box to optimize the shipping cost.

This service has a cost of $15 for up to 7 tracking (7 packages received separately), from the 8th tracking you will have to pay $1 for each additional one.

How can I view my tracking number?

1. Go to your orders.
2. Find the order you want to track.
3. Now, select the “track package” option next to the order.
4. Finally, click on “view all updates” to check the delivery status.  

Depending on the shipping method you select, tracking information may not be immediately visible.
