How to use our locker service to ship to Venezuela?

With our locker service, you can make your online purchases in the stores of your preference (Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, etc), or you can also send us your packages from any state in the United States.

With this service, we will receive your packages in our main warehouse and we will take care of the respective procedure to send them to Venezuela.

How to use the locker service to ship to Venezuela?

Next, we will explain how our locker service works:

1. Complete the registration form with all your data by accessing casillero.tealca.us
2. After your registration, we will verify all your data and create your locker code. Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email with your personalized code. This code must be used in all your purchases in order to identify your packages when they are received at our headquarters in Miami.
3. Make your online purchases attaching your personalized code and our Miami address.
4. Once your purchases are received at our headquarters, we will notify you via email.
5. To make the repackaging or quotation request, you must write to us at customerservice@tealca.us, attaching your name, your locker code, the tracking numbers to be sent and the recipient’s data (name, address, ID number, telephone numbers and place to be picked up).
6. After that, we will send you a quotation of the cost of your shipment for both modes (air and sea) to proceed with the payment of the same.
7. Once paid, we will ship your purchases to the final destination in Venezuela.

Can you pack all my purchases in one shipment?

Of course, with the repacking service we can consolidate all the tracking received in your locker to optimize the cost and reduce wasted space. This service has a cost of $15 up to 7 tracking (7 packages received separately), from the 8th tracking you will have to pay $1 for each additional one.

If I already have a locker with Tealca Miami, can I use the same locker code to make purchases in Spain or Panama?

Of course, if you already have a locker account with Tealca Miami, you do not have to register again. You can use your same customer code and change the shipping address when shopping online:
