How to send envelopes or light parcels from Venezuela?

1. Check the list of necessary documents to make the shipment:
   a) Current and updated Rif (copy)
   b) Identity card (original and copy)
   c) Commercial invoice (if applicable)
   d) Anti-drug letter (provided at Tealca’s office)
   e) Data table (to be provided at Tealca’s office)
   f) Disclaimer (provided at Tealca’s office)
2. Come to any of our reception centers in Venezuela.
3. Deliver the packages or envelopes to be sent along with the required documents.
4. Make the payment corresponding to the shipment (according to weight and other charges).

What are the payment methods to send envelopes and light packages?

• Foreign currency: Transfer or Cash.
• Bolivars (daily rate of the Central Bank of Venezuela).

What is the maximum weight for shipments abroad?

• Envelopes: maximum content of 500 grams.
• Light parcels: maximum content of 5 kilos.

From the date of departure, the delivery time is 8 to 15 working days depending on the destination country, however, this time may be delayed depending on the restrictions caused by the pandemic.
